Remuneration and Benefits

MPI complies with local labor laws and wage regulations and regularly evaluates market salary benchmarks and industry compensation standards. Employee remuneration and benefits are periodically adjusted based on company performance to ensure competitiveness and fairness. In accordance with Article 19 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, when MPI records pre-tax profits, between 0.1% and 15% of annual earnings is allocated as remuneration for employees. In the past three years, we have allocated an average of over 10% of profit as remuneration for employees. As the expenses on employee benefits also increase every year, showing the fruit of our profit sharing with employees. MPI also offers comprehensive and diversified benefits designed to foster a harmonious and stable workplace and support employees’ physical and mental well-being. We have has been recognized for three consecutive years with the “Happy Enterprise Award” by a major recruitment platform, affirming MPI’s commitment to building a happy workplace. The recognition of “Happy Enterprise × MPI” reflects employees’ satisfaction and sense of belonging, resulting in a steady decline in turnover rates and a year-on-year increase in average employee tenure. Family Care

Beyond providing a secure and supportive work environment, MPI embraces an open and gender-equal policy that encourages employees to balance work and family responsibilities. Employees are entitled to apply for paternity leave and parental leave in accordance with legal requirements. MPI also provides childbirth subsidies and counseling services to support employees’ physical and mental well-being, enabling them to care for their families wholeheartedly. According to internal statistics for 2024, 37 male employees applied for paternity leave and 4 for parental leave, while 14 female employees applied for maternity leave and 11 for parental leave. The return-to-work rate after parental leave reached 92% in 2024, compared to 82% in 2023, with a 100% retention rate recorded in 2022.

Employee Health Examinations

MPI offers healthcare benefits beyond legal requirements. Employees are entitled to annual free health checkups, and for those in specific work environments, MPI provides special occupational health examinations and ongoing follow-up monitoring to ensure comprehensive occupational safety protection.
