Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001)

MPI’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System is planned, implemented, and supervised by a dedicated safety department and qualified personnel. Responsibilities include managing safety-related operations, providing education and training, and facilitating internal and external communication. In compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, MPI has established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, which holds meetings quarterly to ensure effective implementation of workplace safety measures and safeguard employee health. In addition to establishing management regulations for disaster prevention and management, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Management Regulations, Emergency Response Management Regulations, Contractor Safety and Health Management Regulations, and Occupational Safety and Health Work Rules, we also regularly implement self-inspection and organize health and safety education and drills required for disaster prevention to enhance the awareness of and emergency response to hazards in the workplace environment in employees and ensure the effectiveness of implementation of the emergency response plan.
