Suppliers are key partners in MPI’s business operations and continued development. We are committed to establishing a sustainable and responsible supply chain management system. To ensure that procured materials meet the required specifications and supply management standards, MPI adopts differentiated processes and management approaches based on the attributes of materials, supplier characteristics, and procurement regions. This enables us to achieve the objectives of sustainable supply chain management while meeting customer expectations.

In accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, and the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA CoC), we implement a tiered supplier management and evaluation framework. This covers new supplier audits, annual performance assessments, and critical supplier audits to ensure that quality, delivery, cost, and service standards are consistently met. For suppliers failing to meet our requirements, we adopt a follow-up improvement approach and adjust our procurement strategies as deemed necessary.

Additionally, MPI requires suppliers to sign relevant commitment documents based on their type, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), occupational safety and health, and environmental protection commitments, as well as adherence to the RBA Code of Conduct. Through these measures, we ensure that our suppliers comply with quality and sustainability standards while working collaboratively to promote ESG development across the supply chain.

Corporate Social Responsibility

MPI adheres to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (RBA COC) and strives to comply with all relevant local laws and regulations in its business operations. We also promote the adoption of RBA principles within our supply chain to develop business partners that uphold both social responsibility and environmental awareness. MPI also requires relevant suppliers to comply with these commitments, including avoiding the use of conflict minerals, upholding integrity and business ethics, prohibiting the use of restricted or banned substances, and adhering to the RBA COC. Suppliers are subject to audits, assessments, due diligence checks, and document reviews by MPI. Suppliers are further required to cascade these requirements to their upstream vendors. In the event of any violations or concealment of relevant facts, MPI reserves the right to terminate or dissolve business relationships and seek compensation for associated losses. These measures safeguard supplier compliance with social responsibility obligations.
