To uphold ethical business practices, the Company conducts all business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency while proactively preventing unethical and improper conduct. In accordance with the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles, MPI has established the Code of Ethical Conduct to provide clear guidance for employees and business operations. The Human Resources Department is designated as the responsible authority for formulating, revising, implementing, interpreting, and supervising compliance with the code. It is also tasked with maintaining records and providing consultation services. The Company reports its annual implementation results to the Board of Directors once a year. In 2024, the report was presented on November 24 and was approved by the Board. Moving forward, MPI will continue to uphold its commitment to ethical business practices, ensuring transparent and sound operations while meeting stakeholder expectations regarding corporate integrity and responsibility.

Whistleblowing Mechanism
MPI has set up a confidential whistleblowing channel, including a dedicated email address (whistleblower@mpi.com.tw) and a toll-free hotline (0800-888-089). Whistleblowers may choose to remain anonymous and are encouraged to provide supporting evidence and relevant details about the individuals involved. Upon receiving a report, the Human Resources Department initiates an investigation procedure to handle the matter in a fair, confidential, and impartial manner.
