Job Duties: |
- Lead, direct, and manages PC Division North America sales, service, and applications activities, policies, objectives, and initiatives to accomplish Probe Card (PC) Divisional sales target annual booking’s objective.
- Motivate, direct, drive, and participate with the sales team to achieve sales target booking objectives throughout North America.
- Provide market and product differentiation leadership to the PC sales team as a subject matter expert through the entire sales cycle.
- Publish short- and long-term sales planning strategies updated real time as needed and formally on a quarterly basis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs and sales channel and recommend organization or developmental changes as needed.
- Recommend product, applications, and service process enhancements to PC Division to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Develop business growth by identifying new opportunities, facilitating the closure of prospects, and enhancing overall business success.
- Assist with customer product demonstrations and preparation of detailed proposals that highlight value-based benefits of PC offerings.
- Identify and manage a robust sales funnel of activity which will improve year-to-year business bookings growth.
- Develop a strong awareness of competitive products and strategies.
- Develop unique and individual customer presentations designed to professionally position the MPI brand in North America.
- Deliver formal presentations to customers and their senior management.
- Participate in the technical conference and trade show.
